U.S. requirements for track or show use (newer then 25 years)
The vehicle 'MUST' be in full racing configuration at the time of importation. When the modifications have been completed, we need to submit detailed information with photos to the NHTSA along with an application requesting entry prior to shipping the vehicle to the United States. The NHTSA entry decision takes 20 business days on average.

Please note: For U.S. residents this dose apply. A regular production vehicle even though in full racing configuration can only be imported on a temporary basis between 3 to 5 years depending. Later must be returned to point of origin or exported. DRIFT Tuners offers a tuning service where we will export your race/drift car to our shop at the time your temp status is ready to expire then we will re-apply to the EPA, NHTSA on your behalf for re-entry. Please contact us for further details.

A track vehicle can not be registered or licensed for on-road use. A vehicle allowed entry for track purposes cannot subsequently be converted for use on public roads.
